By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may create one account, and you are responsible for what happens under it — including keeping your password and your keys safe. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to attack Vokong, other customers, or anyone’s server — including using the agent to send malware. We will normally tell you why first.

Vokong is a tool. It runs an AI agent that writes files into a workspace and connects to servers you control. We do not host the apps you build. They run on your account, on your machine, and you are responsible for them.

The agent writes code from a language model, so it can be wrong. Read what it produces before you run it anywhere that matters. We are not liable for what the generated code does on your server.

Vokong depends on third parties — model providers and PayPal among them. If one of them is unavailable, part of the service may be unavailable too.

You agree not to use Vokong to:

• deploy anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone’s rights;
• attack, probe or disrupt infrastructure you do not own, including through apps you deploy;
• send spam, malware, or bulk unwanted traffic;
• attempt to reach other people’s accounts, apps, servers or workspaces.

Your cloud provider has its own acceptable-use policy, and it applies to anything Vokong deploys onto your account as well.

Paid plans are $6 per month or $60 per year, billed through PayPal. The first 7 days are free and no card is required.

• Cancelling stops the next charge immediately, and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
• Refunds. We refund a period you have paid for and then cancelled within 7 days of paying. Email us and we will sort it.
• Price changes are announced before they take effect, and never apply mid-period you have already paid for.
• Failed payments. PayPal retries. If a subscription cannot be collected it is suspended, and nothing is deleted — your apps keep running on your servers.

Model usage is billed separately by whichever provider your key belongs to. Your subscription covers Vokong itself and is not a bundle of model access.

We hold as little as the product allows:

• Your account — email, password hash, timezone, plan and the date your trial ends.
• Your AI provider key — encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored, never shown to you again, and deleted when you delete it.
• Your SSH private keys — encrypted at rest and never displayed again after you save them.
• Your files and messages — stored so the agent can work on them. They are sent to your chosen model provider when you send a prompt, which is why choosing your own key matters.

The agent never sees a credential. It runs with a token scoped to your own apps, so it can reach only servers you registered and only your own projects. It cannot read your account, your keys, or anything belonging to another user.

We use no third-party advertising or tracking scripts. Payment details never reach us — PayPal holds them and tells us only whether the subscription is active.

Your code is yours. The files the agent writes belong to you, with no claim over them from us. The same is true of the apps you build and host.

We own Vokong itself — the software, the name and this site. You may not resell it as a service without asking.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit, or damage arising from your use of generated code or your deployment of it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Please keep your own backups — the files are yours, which includes the responsibility for copying them.

If these terms change in a way that affects you materially, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Vokong after that means accepting the new version, and the date above always shows the current one.
